The AI conducts the conversation, adapts its follow-up questions to the candidate's responses, and captures everything for review.

It is available to download from the candidate's pipeline record and is designed for thorough review by hiring managers.

Both the Summary and the full Assessment Report are generated from the same screening session and available from the candidate's record.

Both are separate from the candidate scorecard—the reports capture screening performance, while the scorecard reflects the skill gap analysis from the resume. All three documents are available in the pipeline dashboard as soon as the screening completes.

Depending on the board, you can post jobs, source candidates, and ingest applications back into your Eximius pipeline. Every integration is bring-your-own: you connect each board using your existing account and API credentials with that provider — Eximius does not bundle or resell job-board accounts.

Candidates receive a personalized email invitation with a secure link to their screening. No account creation is required on their side. Automated follow-up reminders are sent if they haven't completed the screening within the configured window.

How is candidate data stored and protected?

Eximius collects only the candidate information needed for hiring decisions — primarily name, contact details (email and phone), and the application materials and screening responses that candidates voluntarily provide. All data transmission is protected with TLS encryption. Access is role-controlled within your workspace, so only authorized team members can view candidate profiles, screenings, and evaluations, and candidate data is not shared across workspace boundaries.
