How is this different from a free trial?

This is not a self-serve free trial where you’re expected to explore the product on your own. Instead, this is a guided hiring pilot built around your live roles. The focus is not on feature discovery, but on seeing whether Eximius actually improves screening, prioritization, and shortlisting for your hiring needs. We work with you to activate 2–3 real roles, configure the platform around your workflow, and help you reach visible outcomes such as interview-ready shortlists and reduced manual effort. There’s no fixed checklist or artificial usage window. The pilot exists solely to answer one question: Does this meaningfully improve how you hire? If the answer is yes, you can choose to continue. If not, you can walk away without commitments. The goal is proof, not persuasion.

How many roles can we include in the pilot?

The pilot is intentionally scoped to 2–3 active roles. This keeps the experience focused and allows outcomes to become visible quickly without disrupting broader hiring operations. These roles can be technical, non-technical, or high-volume—whatever best represents your current hiring challenges. By limiting scope, both teams can concentrate on quality screening, consistent evaluation, and faster shortlisting rather than spreading effort thin. How long does the pilot run?

There is no fixed duration for the hiring pilot. It may take 7 to 30 days for outcomes to be visible for your selected roles. We avoid artificial time limits because hiring doesn’t move on a clock—it moves on candidate activity. There are no contracts, no follow-up obligations, and no pressure to continue. The purpose of the pilot is to let results speak for themselves. If those results aren’t compelling in your context, there’s no expectation to move forward. We believe hiring platforms should earn trust through performance, not persistence, and this pilot is structured to respect that principle fully.

What happens if we do see value?

If the pilot delivers the outcomes you care about—such as faster screening, clearer prioritization, or better collaboration—we’ll discuss next steps based on your hiring needs and scale. This could lead to formalizing the usage through a paid plan. There’s no automatic conversion. You decide when and how to proceed, informed by real experience rather than assumptions.
