How many roles can we run through the pilot?

The pilot is designed around 2–3 live roles. This scope is intentional — it’s focused enough to run cleanly alongside your existing processes without disrupting ongoing hiring activity, and broad enough to give you a representative view of how Eximius performs across different role types or hiring contexts within your organization. If your situation calls for a different scope, the Eximius team can discuss what makes sense for your specific setup during the onboarding call.

Will the pilot disrupt our existing hiring systems or processes?

No. The pilot is designed to run as a controlled evaluation alongside your current systems and processes — not as a replacement for them. Your existing ATS, HR tools, and hiring workflows remain in place throughout. Eximius integrates with leading ATS platforms and HR systems, so candidate data and pipeline updates can sync across connected tools without requiring your team to change how they work during the pilot period.

What outcomes can we expect to see during the pilot?

By the end of the pilot, you should have clear, measurable evidence of Eximius’ impact on the roles you’ve run through the platform — including applications processed and organized from all sources, ranked candidate shortlists produced through AI matching, structured screening results with scores and summaries for reviewed candidates, and a documented view of time saved relative to your current process. These are real outcomes from live roles, not projected figures from a demo environment.

How long does the free pilot run?

How does Eximius support our team during the pilot?

The Eximius team works with you from the start of the pilot to configure the platform around your selected roles, ensure your workflow is set up correctly, and provide support throughout the evaluation period. This includes an onboarding session to activate your roles and align on what success looks like, ongoing availability to answer questions and address any issues, and a review of outcomes at the end of the pilot to help you assess results and decide on next steps.

How does Eximius handle data security and compliance during the pilot?

All data processed during the pilot — candidate applications, screening responses, evaluation scores, and communication records — is handled in full accordance with Eximius’s enterprise-grade security standards, including GDPR and SOC 2 compliance. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled through role-based permissions, and a full audit trail is maintained for all platform activity. The same security and compliance standards that apply to full Eximius deployments apply from the first day of your pilot.
